This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps you need to follow for returning items and obtaining refunds. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
- Return Period: You can return your item within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition of Items: The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and labels intact. This ensures the item is resellable and has not been altered or damaged.
- Proof of Purchase: To process your return, we may require proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.). Please retain this information for your reference.
Exceptions: Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized wristbands, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please check the specific product page for additional return information.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@obix.site or call 601-885-2271. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Step 2: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or paperwork that came with it. Make sure the item is in unused and original condition.
- Step 3: Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item), Obix will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changing your mind), the return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. The time it takes for your refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your payment provider (usually 5-10 business days).
- Full Refunds: If the return is accepted, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any return shipping fees, if applicable.
- Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or damage (such as missing tags, scratches, or alterations), we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error in your order or the item was defective.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to help you with your new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receiving the product. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the nature of the damage.
- Procedure for Damaged Items: Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, and we will initiate the return or replacement process. In most cases, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
7. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure quick shipment. As such, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been dispatched.
